The 2016 Tour of Britain will once again be broadcast LIVE on ITV4 with 3-hours of LIVE coverage each day, plus a one-hour highlights programme every evening with the best of the day’s action.

Times of the live coverage have now been confirmed by ITV and can be found below:

  • Stage 1, Sun 4th Sept, 1pm – 4pm
  • Stage 2, Mon 5th Sept, 1pm – 4pm
  • Stage 3, Tues 6th Sept, 1pm – 4pm 
  • Stage 4, Weds 7th Sept, 1pm – 4pm
  • Stage 5, Thurs 8th Sept, 1pm – 4pm
  • Stage 6, Fri 9th Sept, 12:30pm – 3:30pm
  • Stage 7, Sat 10th Sept, 2pm – 5pm
  • Stage 8, Sun 11th Sept, 2pm – 5pm

Every evening ITV4 will also show a one-hour highlights programme that will immediately follow their day’s highlights of the Vuelta a Espana, so make sure you book your time on the sofa now to enjoy 2 hours of top-class cycling! All the highlights will also be available on catch-up via the ITV Player for 30-days after broadcast, so if you're out at the roadside you can still tune in at a later date. We'll also have short highlights clips here on our website and our YouTube channel.

Viewers in the UK will also be able to watch the race LIVE on the BIKE Channel UK (available on Sky channel 464, Virgin Media channel 552 and Freesat channel 251).
