The OVO Energy Tour of Britain’s inaugural National Land Art Competition was a huge success this September, with entries of all shapes and sizes adding to the carnival atmosphere along each day’s route.

From Carmarthenshire on Stage One to Nottinghamshire a week later, local communities and businesses embraced the competition and submitted entries en masse in the hope of being crowned 2018 National Land Art Champions.

A panel comprising cycling experts and staff from race organisers SweetSpot will decide the top three pieces of art in the coming weeks.

The winner will receive a trophy and commemorative Tour of Britain prizes, presented in person by Race Director Mick Bennett, while the runner-up and third-place finisher will also take home trophies for their efforts.

Our top three will be announced in early October – stay tuned for more!

In the meantime, thank you to everybody who got creative and submitted entries. While it was not possible to show them during our live ITV4 broadcasts, we appreciate the way you all embraced the competition.
