The Tour of Britain will return to Bristol after a two year absence, with the city hosting Stage Seven of the 2016 race on Saturday 10 September with a spectacular individual time trial and circuit race stage entirely within the city.

Bristol Sport were present at last week’s launch at the Bristol Museum and Art Gallery which saw the entire route for the 2016 Tour of Britain launched, and produced the below video to highlight the importance of cycling and the Tour of Britain to the city.

Full details of the timing and other activities and events around the professional racing will be announced in the coming months.
